Terms of Service

Effective October 16, 2026. The deal between you and Relae, written to be read.

These terms are between you and Relae Technologies (“Relae”, “we”). By creating an account, buying a plan, using the dialer, or joining our community, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Relae.

You must be at least 18 and in the United States. Relae is built for life and health insurance agents and the people training to become one.

Relae is software, training and leads: a pre-licensing track, a dialer, a sales CRM, practice tools, a community, and campaigns of leads for licensed agents. We are not an insurance carrier, we do not sell insurance to the public, and nothing on Relae is legal, tax, financial or insurance advice.

Getting licensed is governed by your state. We give you the course, prep and tracking; your state sets the exam, the fees and the rules, and only your state issues a license. We cannot guarantee that you will pass, get licensed, get appointed with any carrier, or keep an appointment.

Nobody at Relae, and no page, message or community post from Relae, promises you any income. Commissions are paid by carriers under your own contracting, not by Relae, and what you earn depends on your license, your work, your market and factors outside anyone’s control. Any figure you see or hear is one person’s experience, not a typical result and not a promise.

Plans are month to month or week to week with no long-term contract. The price and what each plan includes are shown at checkout, and the checkout price is the only price that counts. Billing runs through Whop, and your plan renews at the end of each period until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your Whop account; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds follow the terms shown at checkout. Prices can change for future periods; we will show you the new price before it applies.

If a third party bills you directly for part of your path (for example a course provider), that is shown at checkout and is governed by their terms as well.

You are the one placing the call or sending the text. You must follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the National Do Not Call Registry and state do-not-call lists, state calling-hour rules, and call-recording consent laws, including two-party consent where it applies. Relae runs checks before a dial to help you, but those checks are not a substitute for your own compliance, and you are responsible for every call and text you send.

Only dial leads you have the right to contact. Leads we supply are for your own use on Relae; you may not resell, export for others, or scrape them.

If your use exposes Relae or other users to legal risk, we can pause your dialing or close your account.

A lead is a person who asked to be contacted about insurance. We do not guarantee that any lead will answer, qualify, or buy, and we do not guarantee a number of leads beyond what your plan states at checkout.

If you promote Relae and get paid for it, you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission, every time, in a way the reader cannot miss, and you must not make income claims or any claim about Relae that these terms do not back up. Payouts follow the affiliate terms on Whop. We can end an affiliate relationship for any misleading promotion.

Using Relae does not make you an employee, partner or agent of Relae. You choose your carriers and your upline, you hold your own license, and your contracting and commissions sit with the carriers and contracting partners you sign with, not with Relae. If you build a team, the downline is yours.

Some messages from Relae on Instagram, Discord and text are drafted by AI assistants under our team’s review. We do not use AI to deny being AI; ask, and we tell you. Replies, summaries and coaching produced by AI can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you act on it.

Keep your login to yourself and tell us if it is compromised. You own the leads, recordings, transcripts and production data in your tenant; you give Relae the right to store and process them to run the platform. We own Relae’s software, training material, scripts and brand; you may use them inside the platform and not copy or resell them.

Do not use Relae to harass anyone, to break the law, to send spam, to scrape the platform, or to reverse-engineer it.

You can stop using Relae and cancel at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or Relae at legal risk, or stops paying. If you leave, your data is still yours; ask and we will export what we can and delete what we are not required to keep.

Relae is provided as is. We work to keep it up and accurate, but we do not promise uptime, accuracy of any data or AI output, or any result from using it. To the fullest extent the law allows, Relae is not liable for lost profits, lost commissions, lost leads, or indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for anything connected to these terms is limited to the amount you paid Relae in the three months before the claim.

You agree to cover Relae for claims that arise from your calls, texts, promotions or other use of the platform in breach of these terms or the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Relae Technologies is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard in the courts of that state unless the law gives you a right to go elsewhere. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

We may update these terms; the current version with its date is always at relae.online/terms, and continuing to use Relae after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@relae.online.
